ADMIN ASSISTANT

 

We are a team of full-time Realtors® and licensed administrative personnel operating as a cohesive team within Keller Williams Realty Greater Seattle office in Wallingford. 

 

The Knowles Team is a drug-free and tobacco-free organization. EOE.

 

Must-Have Requirements

 

  • High school diploma, or equivalent

  • Two years or more experience in a business environment

  • Strong skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong skills accessing and using the Internet

  • Effective oral and written communication

  • Proven organizational skills

  • Consistent attention to detail

 

Desired Abilities

 

  • Able to learn industry-specific software

  • Experience in the real estate industry is desirable, but not mandatory

  • High level of interpersonal skills

 

Hours and Compensation

 

Work hours are 40 hours per week,

                            from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. 

 

This is a salaried position.  Compensation depending on experience (DOE).   

 

The Knowles Team offers paid holidays, paid vacation time, and sick leave. 

 

The Knowles Team does not offer health or dental coverage.
